Snowy Ibises or American White Ibises

Ibises are long-legged wading birds in the family Threskiornithidae.They have a white plumage with a bare, pink heaf, long pink bill and pink legs. They have black wingtips which are visible in flight.
Ibises are native to the sourhern United States and the Caribbean. They are widespread across the Sunshine state. Ibises often can be seen near the coast and on beaches. They also occur in city parks, on grass and lawns. They are enchanting to watch, especially when they are up to their knees in water.
